Pawtucket’s First Dominican Flag Raising at City Hall

Tuesday, February 27, 2024, marked another first in the City of Pawtucket – the first Dominican Flag Raising on the Dominican Republic’s Independence Day!

The speaking program included Victor Capellan of the Capellan Group & Councilor Neicy Coderre, who helped to spearhead and organize the flag raising, as she is the first elected Dominican American on the Pawtucket City Council. Thank you Councilor Coderre and thank you to all that attended!
