Suspect Arrested in Fall River for Alleged Attempted Abduction of Child in Providence

According to the Providence Police, 45-year-old Marc Pierre attempted to kidnap a 10-year-old girl Thursday afternoon, while she was on her way home from school
Marc Pierre was apprehended in Fall River, Massachusetts on Monday, according to Providence police.
The juvenile was getting off the bus, while a black van had pulled up, and that a man got out of the passenger side.
She said the man grabbed her and tried to pull her inside the van.
The girl fought back and ran to a nearby business where she called her mother, who in turn, called the Providence Police Department.
