Amo to Host Press Conference on the Real State of the Union Under Donald Trump
PROVIDENCE, DC– TOMORROW, FEBRUARY 19, 2026, Congressman Gabe Amo (D-RI-01) will host a press conference to highlight Rhode Islanders hit hard by Trump’s cuts to health care, SNAP, and scientific research funding and his attacks on Pell Grants, good union jobs, and our immigrant neighbors.
Amo will discuss his plans for the State of the Union, including his guest for the event that will reflect his focus on the priorities of Rhode Islanders.
