Butler & Messier Expanding Its Statewide Presence

Completes Acquisition of Alpine Insurance Agency and Capuano Insurance Agency Both of Cranston

PAWTUCKET, RI (December 21, 20201) – Butler & Messier Insurance announced it has recently acquired two, well-established Cranston, RI insurance agencies to add to their expanding statewide footprint.  Effective October 1st, Butler & Messier successfully closed on the final purchase of the Alpine Insurance Agency, located at 2158 Plainfield Pike in Cranston. Additionally, on December 1st, Butler & Messier acquired Capuano Insurance Agency, 1020 Park Avenue in Cranston.

With the addition of these two successful agencies, Butler & Messier is bolstering its Cranston and Kent County presence. The most recent acquisitions allow Butler & Messier to expand their service offerings even further.

Alpine Insurance Agency has provided home, auto and business insurance coverage over 65 years. They bring decades of experience designing personalized insurance packages throughout the region.

Capuano Insurance Agency, a family-run business, has provided customized insurance service and products to the people and businesses of Cranston since 1954. The staff of Capuano Insurance has been known for providing personalized customer service.
