City Council to Hold Public Forum on the Proposed Removal of South Water Street Bike Lanes

As public outcry against the proposed removal of the South Water Street bike lanes is ramping up, we invite public comment tomorrow, April 4 at 5:15PM in the Council Chamber immediately prior to the regular Council meeting. The public is allotted 30 minutes of speaking time with each person given 1 minute.
