Deputy Majority Whip Sue AnderBois and Speaker Joe Shekarchi to Host a Housing Town Hall

Providence, RI – On Monday, April 7, Providence City Council Deputy Majority Whip Sue AnderBois will host a Housing Town Hall with Speaker of the Rhode Island House of Representatives Joe Shekarchi to discuss a number of issues Providence residents are facing relating to housing. In a recent report by Redfin, Providence was named the most expensive city for renters in the country. Given that 60% of the city’s residents are renters, City Council is committed to pursuing policy solutions that address the dual housing and homelessness crises in our city.
The Town Hall event will take place on Monday, April 7 at 6pm, Hope High School, 324 Hope Street, Providence.
