Foulkes on McKee: State Employees Deserve Better

Providence, RI — Following NBC 10 reporting that the McKee administration mistakenly paid out $220,000 in union dues to state employees, Helena Buonanno Foulkes issued the following statement:

“If already messing up state employees’ W-2s during tax season wasn’t bad enough, workers now have to deal with another headache thanks to the McKee administration,” said Helena. “This level of mismanagement creates confusion and hurts morale. Our state employees serve Rhode Island proudly and shouldn’t have to worry about the accuracy of their paychecks.”
