Latina Wins Miss Rhode Island USA
The Puerto Rican, Kaitlynne Santana from Woonsocket was crowned Miss Rhode Island USA last night at the Veterans Memorial Auditorium in Providence.
She will be representing Rhode Island at the Miss USA 2024 Pageant which will take place at the Millennium Biltmore Hotel in Los Angeles, California on August 4, 2024.
