Rhode Island FC Announces Ortho Rhode Island as the Club’s First Anchor Partner
Ortho Rhode Island to Serve as Rhode Island FC’s Exclusive Orthopedic Partner and Provide Services as Official Team Physicians
PAWTUCKET, RI — Rhode Island FC has signed Ortho Rhode Island as the club’s first “Anchor Partner”. As an Anchor Partner, Ortho Rhode Island will be Rhode Island FC’s exclusive orthopedic partner, providing the Club with the full-time services of a Head Athletic Trainer and a collection of official team physicians. As a part of this partnership, the front of Rhode Island FC’s training tops will prominently feature Ortho Rhode Island’s logo.

Ortho Rhode Island medical staff will serve as the official team physicians for Rhode Island FC. The team physicians from Ortho Rhode Island will monitor players’ health status and provide care from the preseason through the postseason. The team physicians are all fellowship-trained sports medicine specialists. These professionals will offer field-side medical support to Rhode Island FC players and collaborate with a dedicated Ortho Rhode Island Athletic Trainer and Rhode Island FC staff to oversee players’ strength and rehabilitation programs.
