PROVIDENCE, RI – Today, Governor Dan McKee nominated Carol Lombardi to serve on the Rhode Island Convention Center Authority’s Board of Directors. The Authority is an 11-member board that operates the Rhode Island Convention & Entertainment Complex, which includes the Rhode Island Convention Center, the Amica Mutual Pavilion, and the Veterans Memorial Auditorium.
“Carol Lombardi is a proven, creative leader who brings knowledge, insight, and a personal touch to high-end, exciting events across our state,” said Governor Dan McKee. “I’m confident Carol’s experience and expertise will play a vital role as we continue to entice major events, concerts, sporting competitions, and shows to bring their entertainment right here to Rhode Island.”
