LINCOLN, R.I., June 30, 2021 – After polling over 38,000 auto insurance customers, J.D. Power awarded Amica Insurance “Highest in Customer Satisfaction Among Auto Insurers in the New England Region” in the J.D. Power 2021 U.S. Auto Insurance StudySM.
This marks the ninth consecutive year in New England and the 22nd year in a row that J.D. Power has recognized Amica for highest customer satisfaction with auto insurers. Additionally, Amica’s score of 867 (on a 1,000-point scale) was 39 points higher than the regional average.
