Animal Shelter Re-Opening Ceremony

On Monday, April 10, 2023, will be the official re-opening of the Paul J. Wildenhain Memorial Animal Shelter at Slater Park. The official ribbon cutting will take place at 10:00 AM and the shelter will be open for a tour of the facility following the ribbon cutting.

Mayor Don Grebien will be joined by Councilman Mark Wildenhain, Police Chief Tina Goncalves and Members of the Pawtucket Delegation and Pawtucket City Council.

The Paul J. Wildenhain Memorial Animal Shelter, closed to the public for about three years.
