Providence Police seeking information regarding missing person

Providence Police Detectives are seeking information from the public related to the missing person shown in the photo below, identified as Jose Espinal Luciano, age 59.  Luciano was last seen on Monday, February 28, 2022 in the area of his residence on Plenty Street in Providence.  He is described as a dark-skinned Hispanic male, approximately 6’0″ and 155 pounds, clothing unknown.  Police believe he may be in Southeastern Massachusetts and was last seen operating a 2007 silver Toyota Prius in the Fall River area.
