PROVIDENCE, RI – Acknowledging the importance of consistent attendance in education and in alignment with the #AttendanceMatters campaign, Governor Dan McKee and Commissioner
The following schools are Rhode Island’s attendance leaders for the week of January 1, 2024*:
- Elementary: Nayatt School, Barrington – 96.8%
- Middle: Barrington Middle School – 95.1%
- High School: Narragansett High School – 94.3%
Due to holiday break school closures, schools with the most improved weekly average attendance will not be reported this week. This reporting will return next week.
