RIPTA To Detour Route 3 (Warwick Ave.) To Accommodate Oakland Beach Fireworks On Sunday, July 3, 2022

Detour will be in effect from 5pm

The Rhode Island Public Transit Authority (RIPTA) will detour Route 3 (Warwick Ave.) on Sunday, July 3, 2022, to accommodate the fireworks at Oakland Beach. The detour will be in effect from 5pm on.

Route 3 (Warwick Ave.) will detour as follows:
Inbound trips will leave Suburban Parkway via a right turn onto Oakland Beach Avenue and then resume regular route.

Outbound trips will travel the regular route to the intersection of Oakland Beach and Ottawa Avenues, turn left onto Ottawa Avenue, right onto Pequot Avenue, and then right onto Suburban Parkway. Passengers will be picked up and dropped off at the corner of Suburban Parkway and Oakland Beach Avenue.
